Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clarifying / Setting goals and Designing functionality for client sites
  • Drafting ideas and draw wireframe
  • Working with SEO team to funneling traffic through content.
  • Selecting site graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists; designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
  • Installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring cross-platform compatibility; establishing links.
  • Search engines submission
  • Helping teams in maintenance and updating current sites with content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.
  • Installing security protection works

Essential Skills

  • HTML5, PHP, CSS3, GIT, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Logo Design, Landing Page Design Web Designer at a junior/graduate level with experience designing websites, landing pages, logos and assets and coding in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
  • Know Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.

2) Sales Executives (Full-time / Part-time)

Being the key point of contact between our company and clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

The role

  • Conduct Social Marketing and various marketing strategies
  • organizing sales visits
  • cold call to the prospect
  • demonstrating/presenting products to customers
  • establishing new business and maintaining existing clients
  • maintaining accurate records and prospective data
  • reviewing sales performance

Promotional prospects are excellent – progression can be in senior sales roles or in related employment areas such as marketing or management.

3) Content Writer (Full-time / Part-time)

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the creation and roll out of new responsive websites and updating the copy and content for all the required websites. The key objective of the role will be to liaise with sales to receive new required content and to work closely with the Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of websites to identify out of date or insufficient content for new website creation
  • Liaise to agree to a timetable of proactive new content creation
  • Identify issues (e.g. websites offline, problems with bookings)and report to the Digital Media Manager
  • To work with the marketing manager to increase traffic to the websites, improve SEO, Keywords and ensure the new websites are an effective marketing/communications tool.
  • To assist Manager in the implementation of new websites and website functionality including a redesign in a responsive framework
  • Content copywriting for digital marketing campaigns.

Qualification Level

  • Experience of web editing/administration (preferable)
  • Excellent English Language literacy (essential)
  • Experience of working with websites and content management systems
  • Experience of writing copy for online or offline publications
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role

Essential Skills

  • Excellent literacy skills (including writing copy and proofreading)
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowing Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.

4) Graphics Designer (Full-time / Part-time)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and Develop the layout and design of marketing materials, website, email advertise, social media posts, etc
  • Product photo shooting and touch up
  • Designing of logo
  • Collaborate with sales team to answer to client design requirements
  • Prepare artwork for production print and liaise with inhouse production department
  • Keep an accurate database of artworks and product images
  • Helping teams in maintenance and updating current sites with content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links.
  • Installing security protection works

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Basic knowledge in HTML, PHP, CSS with interest in digital visual communications

4) Social Media Executive (Full-time / Part-time)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle advertising, promotion & market research
  • Responsible for the preparation of sales and marketing, budgeting, and costing
  • Propose creative and monthly marketing ideas
  • Conceptualisation, coordination, and drafting of advertising material for publication and promotions
  • Familiar with social media like Facebook, Instagram, and others
  • Basic editing software, video editing software is an advantage.
  • For a start, you may need to make outgoing calls to prospective customer

Essential Skills

  • advertising, social media platform tools, communications, interpersonal skills, strong analytics, copywriting, photography skills
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in advertising in digital channels such as Facebook/Instagram, website content management, and internet advertising
